EM Device Lab today announced Dr. Mark Rosenberg, DO, MBA, FACEP, FAAHPM, FACHT, has joined its Board of Advisors. Dr. Rosenberg brings decades of experience as a clinician, emergency department leader, and past President of the premier society for emergency medicine physicians, ACEP.
“We are delighted to have Dr. Rosenberg join our Advisory Board”, said Patrick Kothe, CEO of EM Device Lab. “As one of the great leaders in emergency medicine, his experience as a clinician, chair of one of the largest emergency departments in the US, and past president of ACEP offers a unique perspective. As we continue to introduce our Quickloop Abscess Treatment Device in the US, Dr. Rosenberg will provide critical insight into how we can best serve the emergency medicine community.”
“I am pleased to join the Advisory Board at EM Device and help in the mission to deliver unique abscess treatment solutions”, said Dr. Rosenberg. “I have known Dr. Michael Gorn, the inventor of Quickloop, since he was faculty at St. Joseph’s, and have been eagerly following the development of the product. It comes at a particularly interesting time as recently published evidence shows the loop drainage technique to be clinically superior. I’m looking forward to helping the company bring this treatment advancement to clinicians.”
